Weaving
Cloth is usually woven on a loom, a device that holds the warp threads in place while filling threads are woven through them. The way the warp and filling threads interlace with each other is called the weave. The majority of woven products are created with one of three basic weaves: plain weave, satin weave, or twill.
SUBSTRATE : 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, 100% Linen and blends, Polyester and Cotton cross woven fabrics, Acrylic & blends, Viscose and its blends. Apart from conventional Cotton, we can supply Organic and BCI Cotton products as well.
PRODUCT RANGE : All basic weaves – Plain, Twill and dobby designs upto 18 shafts and 8 colour weft designs. Fancy yarn like melanges, Slubs, Neps, Multi-count and Space-dyed fabrics.

INFRASTRUCTURE :
We have 150 Looms – all of High Speed, Rapier and Airjet Loom type of Picanol and Toyota make with maximum heald frame of 18 numbers.
LOOM CAPACITY : 150 Looms which can produce 800,000 to 1,000,000 metres of fabric per month, based on construction.
